me3 could not activate

Some time ago i played ME3 (2012), everything was ok.

Latelly I didn't lauch EA app at all. After starting it requires reinstalling, I did it - otherwise it's impossible to play 10 years old game.

Now I got alert - that I must buy this game or use another account, because EA app suddenly can't find my game_product_key... How this is even possible?

Other game runs as usual.

So I tried to repair ME3. After it was successfully completed nothing changed. Reinstalling the game didn't solve the issue.

What should I do to play the game I have purchased ?

    Try this:

    • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test

  • If the game doesn't show up in your EA app game library, then I would contact EA Help website and chat/email with a help rep there.  Most of the community reps here can't do much with account issues, but @EA_Shepard may have some better advice.  I am tagging him in to have a look and see if he can do anything or recommend anything different.  But with the key code, your original EA account that it was unlocked on, the Help Reps who can access your account over on EA help should be able to track down the issue and fix it.
