ME3 crash on "shore leave" mission

In mass effect legendary edition, in mass effect 3, during the "shore leave" mission on the citadel, shepard enters anderson's apartment, gets a message from joker, then is supposed to leave the apar...

    Try to repair the game.


    (Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
    (Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

        Same problem, but verify integrity of game files didn't help

        Might be bacause I used save editor to romance Tali as femshep?

        Everything else works.

        *Actually I set shepard back to male and am still getting this.
