ME3 Crashes when I try to enter Citadel during Serberus Attack

After the cut scene and weapon loadout screen, the game crashes before the shuttle tries to land on the Citadel. This happens when I try to enter the Citadel to see the Solarian ambassador, when the docks have been taken over by Cerberus.
