Mass Effect Andromeda: "Missing Online Access" Issue

As the title says, I've been having trouble connecting to Mass Effect Andromeda's online servers and been scouring the internet for solutions. I've deleted files, restarted the EA app, verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I remember getting it to work at some point by either tweaking, disabling, or deleting some Window licenses it was weird. This was also when I first played it through EA Play. I don't know if buying it through Steam after that caused new issues. I can play Mass Effect 3's Multiplayer just fine so that rules out any internet connection problem, I think.
