ME3 helmet is not off during conversation?

My Shepard currently is wearing Cerberus Nightmare Armor. I have set the helmet option to "Off in conversation" but it doesn't seem to work anymore? I mean, it used to but recently it suddenly just appear to be like that. The only changes I've made is using Gibbed save editor to change storyline and unlock all armors. A few weeks ago I made some changes but not affiliating to armors in coalesced.bin too but it never raise any issues before.

Anyone know the fix? I know I can set the armor helmet-less using coalesced.bin but I want the helmet to be off only in conversations, not in battle.

If you are in a location where removing the helmet would kill your character then no matter what option you have in settings the helmet wont come off. Also ensure you are saving your preference when you say you what the helmet off in conversations.

I've had that as well with the Cerberus Nightmare Armor. I guess it's just a bug, because the other armors I'm wearing do not show a helmet during conversations when set to "Off in conversations".
