me3 invisible player

new to the world of xbox. my player in mass effect 3 is invisible and i was hoping someone could maybe tell me what i'm doing wrong. just want to know how to make my player visible in the game..thank you...

    Hi,

    Clear your Xbox360’s cache and hopefully this should be sorted.

    hi. all i see is the weapon i'm using in the game floating where my player should be, and all i am controlling is the floating weapon. i can move it just like a regular player.

    I don't really know how it works on XBOX, but can you uninstall a game ?

    Maybe the installation didn't work as well as it should be.
