ME3 LE (PC) vs ME3 LE (Xbox X) war assets points

Why is the war assets points different on pc version compared to the XBox version?   Using the "best ending" playthrough/mission guide I get: XBox X:  8k TMS PC  7100 TMS The war asset points are...

I wouldn't have any details about point differences between platforms unfortunately, but it's certainly still possible to get the best ending on PC.

I'm sure there are ways to get the "best ending"....... I'm just don't know why I can get it on my Xbox with no trouble and fail by 600 points after doing the same thing on PC.
