ME3 LE (PC) vs ME3 LE (Xbox X) war assets points

Why is the war assets points different on pc version compared to the XBox version?   Using the "best ending" playthrough/mission guide I get: XBox X:  8k TMS PC  7100 TMS The war asset points are...

Did you switch to PC during your playthrough of the trilogy?

Or is your current PC playthrough using a save file with all your ME 1 + 2 PC data as well?

Your choices earlier in the trilogy can affect the points you're receiving in ME3 for some assets.

I am playing through from ME(LE)1-3 on PC.

I did every "right decision", every planet scanned, every mission, every side mission and every DLC missions.

As I said above:  The points don't match up. I'm getting short changed for war asset.
