    Re-validating game files seems to have fixed the issue on PC.

@Nekasus I'm not a tech guru, but the one thing I see that might be an issue: Can you update your graphics card driver?

    I just did when I realised It wasn't on the latest, your asking for the Dxdiag made me remember that. Unfortunately the crash still occurs

      @Nekasus Gotcha. Like I said, I'm not a tech guru. Hopefully, someone else here might have more insight. I know there are other threads right now with others having similar issues.

        No worries! thanks for trying 🙂 hopefully it gets resolved soon. Thankfully this is the only game breaking issue i've had, and the others are honestly likely due to out of date drivers. Bum rushed through 1&2 and the first 10 hours of 3 no problem.
