ME3: Liara's Monitors Tracking Issue

In Liara's quarters in Mass Effect 3 there is a bug that causes the monitors to face the incorrect direction.

This appears to be caused by the direction that Shepard is facing and not their position in the room.

    @Spiderwaffles Yes, this behavior comes from the original release.

    In certain situations, as you note, the display bank will end up pointing toward the wrong coordinates.

    It was never fixed, and they didn't make any changes to it for this remaster, so it stayed the same (most if not all of the old content bugs in the trilogy are still there; this is just one of many).

    They've never worked right.

    They didn't even try to fix these kinds of bugs anywhere in the trilogy (to be honest, outside some minor technical and gameplay stuff, I can't think of a single bug they did fix).

    @devSin Always did for me and they definitely have fixed. To be honest. I never experience 90% of the bugs people claim to experience.

    @Cliffme1ster PC, Steam Release. The .EXE file version is 2.0.0.48204

    @devSin Was this also an issue in the standalone version? I've not played it for some time, and have uninstalled it since.... you know... Legendary Edition has better DLC management and stability/graphical improvements for ME1.

    Yes, this was an issue for some people, me included, back with the Original Mass Effect 3. I just ignored it after a while as, the bigger issue was speaking with Liara while Glyph would fly around the room, causing Shepard’s head to hyper-rotate left and right to track it… irritating. Hyper-rotation of the the neck seems to still exist for both Mass Effect 2 and 3, legendary or not. Oh well, it’s a video game… it’s not real… at least that’s what I keep telling myself 😆

    Yeah, Shepard still has the broken neck in ME2. It's ridiculous running around the ship as his head rotates and gyrates unnaturally.

    @devSin In that case I'll go ahead and mark this as a solution.

    I actually tried to get in and edit the .pcc file to see if I could fix it's script but wow the modding tools for this game are old and buggy.

    @dominolabustier Yeah, ha. Just blame it on Shepards cybernetics and move on lmao.
