ME3 on PC crashing after the Citadel Mission (Cerberous Coup)

Upon exiting Bailey's office, the game crashes.  I've tried different saves and the like, but to no avail.  I have all the newest drivers for all of my hardware and had no issues during my first playthrough.

I'm also having a crashing issues with ME1 on PC as well.  I have just purchased both and am not impressed so far.  I never had these issues with the XBOX 360 versions of the games.
