ME3 (PC) - Problems connecting to Multiplayer / staying connected

I'm connecting from Melbourne Australia, and it's taking up to 10 minutes to connect to the EA servers, then it crashes when trying to connect to multiplayer I managed to make it through once or twi...

Mine started working again last night, but that may have just been good timing.

I'll try again tonight and see if it's still working

Mine worked briefly for a couple of matches during my lunch hour but now in the evening it's back to the same old inability to establish and maintain connection.

Still haven't heard from tech support either.
