ME3 PS4 Total Military Strength 0

Happened sometime after Cerberus attacks the Citadel. My War Assets went to 0 and I went from a high level engineer to a level 1 soldier. None of my saves are from before the Cerberus attack and there’s never been a way to change classes. I know I’m screwed and have to start over, but maybe this can serve as a warning to keep a save from before that attack in case this happens to you. I’m off to restart the game.
