ME3:LE Leviathan Bug

@EndacKorinthTry to change your video resolution to as low as possible and use window mode for that part, there was a similar bug like this in the old trilogy and this is how i fixed it. Let me know if it works for you 🙂.

Nope, That did not work. The problem is that the game itself doesn't freeze, The video effects, sounds and such all keep running. Shepard is just frozen staring at the Elevator Control Console. The Camera is locked, so I can't move in any direction other than forward when I tried to no clip, which sent me through the wall and off the map. If I'm correct, there's probably supposed to be a cutscene that procs when the Elevator stops, but it's not activating and it leaves me stuck in that spot with no option but to quit out and reload back into the * loop.

I actually did that last night before I went to bed. When I got up it said it was missing like over 700 or 800 files, so...that could be it.

@holger1405 Yeah, that didn't change anything either. Elevator goes up, the Loading icon in the bottom right appears, Elevator stops, and Shepard is frozen while the screen shakes from the explosions. Everything is still running as it should, but my camera is frozen in place, unable to turn. Nor am I able to move. I can still shoot, I can still aim/zoom. I can switch weapons. I can activate powers. I can open the menu, save, load, exit, read journal entries. I'm just stuck there until I close the game...

Might as well try restarting the mission later, but at this point I'm just angry.

If it still happen if you resart the mission post a DxDiag in text file format please. 

You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I think some of the issue was embedded in you save game and after the repair and starting the mission over this problem was gone.
