MELE, ME1 two Achievements (Stasis & Neural Shock) won't unlock

Hi,

those are the last two achievements that i am missing in steam & origin. I even made a new game, took Aiden with me the whole time as he has both skills and used it in *every* fight mutliple times. I did every sidequest and only have Feros and Noveria open now - it should've unlocked by now. I even tried the old trick to use stasis on the fast travel things on the citadel and even started a new adept character to cast that stuff myself. It just wont unluck. Anyone else having this problem? It's really frustrating as its the last two achievements that i am missing.
