This happens when someone in your group is a cheater. I'm not sure if they ban cheaters anymore, especially now that you can't use real money to buy packs on PC anymore.
I have return to ME3 multiplayer after playing coop in Dragon Age Inquisition. Similar thing happens to me today. We won the match and I gain over 7 millions of extra credits. I bought few packs with this money and realiesd that it's pointless, non-enjoyable experience. I have few weapons and gear upgrades to unlock but with easy money it's just not so fun. I don't know if you can remove extra credits?
