Missing the 5th mod upgrade for SMG and Pistol Ultralight Materials?
I suppose to get the 5th SMG Ultralight from Aegohr Munitions, but can't seem to get them to sell it. And no luck for the Pistol Ultralight Materials. Anyway to fix this?

I would assume it would then sell the last one yeah, though there are some upgrades that don't unlock until as late as Priority: Thessia, so it's certainly possible it's also mission locked still.
I'm on Xbox One so someone else can probably help you with editing the files directly.
