Mission bug "casinò Silver coast: infiltration"

Hi, this is what happened: while doing the "casino silver coast" mission of the "citadel" dlc, i had to talk to a guard and while the game autosaved, but when i got close to the guard he disappears ...

@holger1405 Thanks for the answer, i have already tried to repair the game files, but nothing happens.
unfortunately from the initial screen it loads me directly the last save and I have no possibility to choose another one. After loading the game it doesn't give me the possibility to interact in any way, there is only a black screen and background music, so I can't even access the game menu. Is there a possibility to manually delete the autosave?
