You double checked that the settings in your drivers control panel are correct?
If you can choose the "Acer Predator - xb273k gp" monitor, even if you have to choose a different monitor in the settings I would not further bother with that.
The game will not get settings from or for the "wrong" monitor because this is done on a signal level.
That you can't choose 4K is a known bug that hopefully will be addressed in the next patch.
