@betterhulk AltTab out while on a pause screen then go back into the game after. For the second variation of the bug - try activating the command panel (stop time where you can command characters to use powers) and try moving the mouse about. Alternatively, you can stop moving about and just move the mouse to make Shep turn (low success/reproducibility).
I've got the same issue than today in all 3 games.
Very disappointing that no one seems to care for this except some modders.
