Movement Bug Mass Effect 2 LE

I am playing Mass Effect 2 on the Legendary Edition and I keep getting a bug where my character gets stuck facing in one direction and won't turn until it has run its course. I can still look and shoot in any direction, but I can't take cover or move correctly. It is virtually unplayable for several minutes when this happens.

    I've got the same issue than today in all 3 games.

    Very disappointing that no one seems to care for this except some modders.
