movements in ME3

motions of protagonist : back, to the left and to the right come true with identical speed and dynamics. however forward movement with some deceleration.

here example

in previous parts of ME and ME2 all motions passed identically

here example

ME

ME2

question, how in ME3 will increase the rate of movement - forward- or to do identical with other directions of motion back, to the left and to the right?

I'm not sure if it's a balance thing to encourage snapping to cover, or it's just a perception thing as the forward strides are far longer and slower.

I  mean movements in me2 are perceived well in all directions, all movements are identical. and in me3 forward movement seems slower. both games have the same engine. how to do that  a forward movement in me3 seem the same as well as in me2? to increase the rate of forward movement or to do steps shorter ? that perceived pleasantly to the eye

for example using ME3 Coalesced Utility.
