I'm on Xbox one and I have this same problem too but I can tell you that the quest does play as intended when the time is right for it. The problem I'm having is that Ryder is not visible in the last scene, when she's cuddling up to her love interest :/
I got this too, am on PS4, i avoided doing the final part till i done the rest, even tho i did lexi's and Jaal's early on. got to the cutscene everyone appeared all was good till the cuddling with li part where ryder was not appearing. ;( so sad cos this was my fav scene.
