Happened to me, noticed it when I talked to Lexi after founding Prodromos. Liam also triggered the mission to find the movie on Kadara when I talked to him.

CPU: AMD Phenom 2 X6 1055T

Memory: 16GB

GPU AMD R9 380 4GB

GPU FW: 17.4.2 Crimson
