MP rant: What's the point of the Rozerad when there is the N7 Eagle?

Seriously, playing with that pistol to finish the challenge was quite an experience. Recoil, bad. Base spread, bad. Damage output, low. Bullet speed, relatively low. Rate of fire acceleration, useles...

Totally disagree OP. I far prefer the Rozerad to the Eagle. Used correctly it can easily outpace the Eagle in damage output. It's designed to be a bullet-hose, not every round is going to hit, but not every round Needs to hit.
Try putting the receiver on it and just spray at enemies in cover, you have to get it wound up for a bit before it really starts to do work but the longer you fire the faster it shoots.
Also it's by Far the lightest UR pistol, I'm pretty sure it weighs less than half what the eagle does so I'm not sure why you're comparing the two directly.

@Atfricks It only weighs 5 units less (Mouse-breaker predator has the lowest weight 🙂). As to why I compared both, it's because they're both automatic and UR. Also, they have relatively close base ROF (N7 is higher initially) compared to the Hurricane. I guess there are people who prefer it, but it's just from my own experience after completing the gold challenge with all pistols. 🙂

    Oops. My bad on the weight. Haven't been on mp in a while.

    My biggest issue with OP complaining that the Rozerad is useless because it's "close range" and you can get punched while using it, is that you don't need to be within melee range with it to be effective. At all. Sure it doesn't have Eagle range but that's far from requiring punching distance, and being that close with it Is dumb for the reasons he gave. He's just incorrect to claim you need to be that close. Plus, the bigger your target the farther away you can be with the same damage output.

      @Atfricks I did say it's for melee range if you want to fill your entire crosshair for normal sized enemies. I didn't really say it's ineffective otherwise, but then it's luck based while the eagle has a higher ROF initially and better accuracy. 🙂
