Did you tried to repair the game?
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
- @holger1405 This is beyond basic troubleshooting. It's happening since game release, through multiple installations and hardwares.
If this is a real bug and not a system specific issue there is little that can be done here.
The last patch for MELE came out mid 2021 so the chance that a minor bug like this get fixed is practically zero.
