My friends' list has been missing for 2 days AND no packs received for Operation Prophecy

Hope someone can help - my Friends List has now been missing for 2 days.

Please don't suggest I just re-start the game - this is not making any difference.

I have also flushed the dns cache and 'repaired' all files (supposedly).

I have also completed this weekend's op - Prophecy - and have received no packs in the store.

Any ideas please?

If you completed the Operation and didn't get any packs, try this link: http://social.bioware.com/n7hq/account/weekend_challenge_fix/
It should recognize if any packs from past Operations are missing and give you the packs for those that are missing. I had the same problem and got my pack within seconds (It's best you log out of ME3 for that).

For me, it is a hit or miss yesterday with the friends list.
Today, the friends list is just not co-operating with me, even after those "tips and tricks".

Have located a workaround for PC that has worked re the friends' list

Hi, the only difference from the proceedure on the forum for me was:
Could not close Origin unless I used Task manager - so where the forum link has step 4 - I used task Manager to close the programme. Everything else worked as per the link. I have the friends' list back.
