Hi, I have bought Mass Effect 3 from amazon and it arrived yesterday but when i tried to put in my online pass it says that the code has already been used! I am really

About this because I bought a brand new copy of ME3 because I wanted to play online and apparently my code has already been used and I cant go online and it is not in my download history either ☹️ can anyone help? Really annoyed with EA at the moment!
