N7 HQ - Account Sync
Did anyone here ever get a solution? I'm getting the same problem. Logging in and trying to access Galaxy at War gives an error saying I need an active ME3 profile. The account page shows that it's detected my profile, but it has a pop-up message that tells me my account needs to be updated and gives a link to re-sync my profile. The re-sync link either does nothing or sends me back to the "get started" page. If I search for my profile through the account search my profile displays correctly: my multiplayer stats, inventory and my achievements all show up, so it clearly has my ME3 profile.
I tried contacting EA support, but I didn't get anywhere.

We all want to jump into MP and see our awesome Galaxy stats but with the age of the game, and the HQ site, there are not a lot of updates out there now. If your stats are not showing up, try the steps below to see if the sync-up resolves it.With the https://social.bioware.com/ (original site) no longer a "social profile" site, you cannot sync this any longer. However, you can log into some of the links there to help sync the account.
N7 HQ Steps1) Re-syncing via the Support tab at the bottom of the page.
2) Change privacy via the My Account tab (effectively forces an account update).
3) Reset the HQ password
4) If you can, swap back to an older-gen console if you are on a console, and play a match with the same EA account.
5) Playing a few games of multiplayer after syncing up.
Online Pass.
This is also an issue that has helped some players get this resolved. With this simply contact an advisor Here and just request they fix the "online pass" with the same EA account.
One last thing - This is an issue that pops up from time to time, but keep in mind, advisors on chat or email cannot resolve this from their end.
