N7 Warefare Gear "unlocked" but not installed

I just got a new computer and reinstalled ME3, however starting  a new game the N7 Warfare Gear is not showing up. 

It says it's "unlocked" on Origin but it's just not showing up in the game. 

Anyone else have this problem??
