New Mass Effect Trilogy: Online Pas isn´t working

I bought the new game Mass Effect Trilogy, and I was playing but I decided to install the DLCs, I started with the Kasumi to Mass Effect 2, it worked, but when I tried to download the Online Pass in Mass Effect 3, gave warning that the code was wrong or invalid. The Game Was new, what I do? If anyone tell me how to send an email to EA, would also help.

P.S: I play on the PS3.
