No download button EA Desktop (PC)
I am trying to download Mass effect legendary edition. Unfortunately, the download button is not shown. - there are the loading "bubbles" but the data never arrive. see attached image

Is that only the case for the MELE or for other games as well?
No, this is happening just when I want to download Mass Effect Legendary Edition. - other games have the download button.
Can you use Origin instead or do you have EA Play over a MS Game Pass subscription?
If not try the EA Desktop App recovery:
Click on the 3 lines in the top left > Help > App recovery.

Yes, I am trying to download the game through the MS Game Pass subscription.
Interestingly enough, I don't see this game in Origin at all. Not as part of the EA Play or for buying. (see image)
