No download button in Origin

I'm writing this here because I refuse to queue in the chat line for another 15 minutes just so I can be glad-handed away by one more underpaid intern, and EA apparently has no email contact option. ...

That worked! The tech removed the game from my account, then re-added it. That was it! Must have been a bug during initial registration.
Ten minutes later, I'm waking up as Amy Ryder, the shy technician who's putting on a brave face on the second-worst day of her life. Lovely. I missed Mass Effect even more than I realized.
Still never buying another EA product again, but I'm going to enjoy the next 40 hours or so with Andromeda.
