Not getting the Achievements for Insanity 2 or Paramour 2 on ME2 on Series X

So guess I am going to add to the list of people complaining about this bug did everything needed in me1 and got the achievement for both romanced liara had issues on the Saren fight as the game just...

Yep, looks like this not only fixes the achievements not triggering but credits those already achieved.

@SofaJockeyUK Still no joy for me, did you do anything to get that to appear? I'm on Xbox Series S, and I even tried reloading my save from the long walk in the suicide mission and finishing the final battle on insanity again, and it did not unlock. Likewise, paramour 2 did not unlock retrospectively despite having completed romances with both Garrus and Thane in ME2 now. I really don't want to have to do insanity all over again, it's a real grind for me, I'm not good at shooting!

@BlackGarden87 Sorry, all I did was download the hotfix and I had them.

  @SofaJockeyUKAh I see, yeah I've definitely got the hotfix, guess I'm just unlucky. If I gotta do insanity again I think I'm gonna be letting squadmates die haha. I am not grinding all those loyalty missions on insanity again.
  
  EDIT: Definitely something not right for me still. I'm still not getting Paramour II either, and I literally just went back through the Omega-4 relay and re-played the romance cutscene. So that's actually encouraging because it means there's still hope for me getting Insanity II without having to do this again!

    Paramour 2 unlocked for me just now. Had to romance someone other than Liara which meant having to load a save 3 missions before the suicide mission as there's 3 stages to romancing someone.
