Not showing in My Games

Hi.

I have purchased this game already but it is not showing. I have only recently returned to Origin and had to renew my password. It also asked for a user name. I put in the one I had but said it was in use so I put in another one. My old username was either Daimond or Daimond8 with the email address [Edit: E-mail removed] or [Edit: E-mail removed]

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Then I'm afraid you have to contact EA help to get this sorted out.

So you made a new username and therefore account and wondering why Mass Effect is not showing? You need to login with the credentials you used when you first installed Origin and registered Mass Effect 3 to it. If you still know your E-Mail address you can try to login with that and have the password send o you via the "forgot password" function. Other than that, only a Game Advisor can help you. Thanks. Unfortunately I am unable to access my hotmail account, which I believe is the one I used to purchase it. Therefore, no chance of recovering Username and password.
