Noveria Can’t leave peak 15

Having beaten Benezia, and then making the choice regarding the rachni, it will not allow me to exit through the door to leave peak 15, It comes up with the action “open door” but the panel is red (indicating it’s locked) and does not do anything, I have gone back to older saves and now when I get to the cutscene when you first walk into the room with Benezia it just cuts to a black screen where you can hear sounds but no visual unless you go to the pause menu, tried various different actions to change the outcome however always the same, likely a bug, going to have to start from the beginning
