Nvidia PhysX Error with ATI Card

So I am getting and error thats telling me the physics system can not be initialized. Probably because I don't have PhysX Systems. Anyone know a fix for this.

    Hi, I had the same problem. Just installed PhysX driver from NVIDIA and all worked fine (I have AMD Radeon videocard)
