Same issue here. Example: https://i.imgur.com/9Qze9AZ.jpg
It seems to be rerendering the part of the right side out of the 16:9 area.
I'm also using the latest drivers on everything.
Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3700x
Mobo: Gigabyte X570 Aorus PRO
GPU: RTX 3090 FE
RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz
Monitor: Samsung C49RG90
The game only supports 21:9, so this might be an engine restriction.
Does it work correctly in E2 or ME3?

I feared it might be an engine restriction. The artifacts seem to start at the 21:9 border.
However, it seems to be semi supported; I can choose a 32:9 resolution, but it does say it's 16:9: https://i.imgur.com/CpkWocK.jpg
So, I was hoping there might at least be a workaround or something.

I'm having the same issue at 32:9 aspect ratio. Which is unfortunate, as everything else works and looks just fine at 32:9.
Thus far I have not been able to find a workaround.

Disabling anti-aliasing gets rid of the artifacts 🙂

Sadly no, it's the same in Mass Effect 2: https://i.imgur.com/0q6PWXo.jpg
And 3: https://i.imgur.com/592vB1J.jpg
and in 2 I noticed another strange issue with the game where the subtitles are positioned in the center of the screen and too large to fit into the width of the game: https://i.imgur.com/JdyK66n.jpg
Strangely enough this part seems to stretch to almost the entire width of the monitor: https://i.imgur.com/xqPWyiY.png
Definitely possible it's an engine restriction, though I've tried several other (non-recent games) in 32:9 without this kind of issue. But it might be unique behaviour in this particular game engine
