Odd graphical outlines/bug on 32:9 monitor

There seems to be some strange bug going on with the outlines of the area appearing on the left side of my monitor I'm running the latest version of my GPU drivers and checked for updates and repair...

    Disabling anti-aliasing gets rid of the artifacts 🙂

Yeah, that was the ticket. Literally the one graphical option I didn't toggle, of course. 😠
