Also this error appears on Geforce now too;

Nobody can claim that issue not about EA services

Please fix this issue asap and not blame the people who just want to get a better service from you.

Still a problem. EA App is obviously online, so computer is OBVIOUSLY ONLINE. Cannot enter product code on Original Trilogy Mass Effect 3 as it claims computer is OFFLINE.
