Omega DLC Freezing

My friend already did a repair on Steam for it and it still froze on the loading screen after the cutscene after activating the turret on the Omega dlc, any other suggestions?  We already did the file verification on steam, and it still does a infinite loading loop just after the cutscene in the Omega DLC just after killing the engineer and activating the turret, it just goes through the cutscene of mowing down the enemies and goes to a loading screen, it shows a map with a pinpoint and 3 pictures and the loading circle and the picture just flitters those three pictures every 1-2 seconds. It's weird, and they don't use any mods.

Please tell your friend to create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

You said there are no mods at all? No ReShade or anything else? No edited game files?

They are not using any mods but they aren't willing to send the dxdiag because it can contain sensitive information

They run more intensive games on ultra like Tarkov with no problems, and they've tried it on two separate saves, and it always freezes at the same spot, after the cutscene on the Omega DLC after activating the turret after killing the engineer, cutscene with turret open fire and corpses twitching and a hand closes, then loading screen where it shows the map and it freezes and have to close the program, but the rest of the game works fine with no issue, it's only in the Omega DLC.

But if I have the same problem when I get there, I'll send mine, I just need to play and beat 2 first, I'm working on it first.

The only "personal information" inside a DxDiag is the "Machine name" in the second row. (You can delete that if you want to.)

Everything else is just technical info that can't be traced back to you at all.

I'm still trying to get to mass effect 3 after beating 2, it may take me a little while but if I encounter the same thing as my friend when I get to ME 3's DLC mission, I'll surely message on here to get help and post my own DXDiag text file here

@holger1405 I still need to work on my own file but I need to finish up my play through of ME2 first as I'm kind of an OCD and ADHD when it comes to being an completionist when it comes to playing games with completion percentages.  I will contact more on here if I encounter the same problem, since we are both playing the LE ME on steam.  But both our computers can run Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra with no problems, but I hope I can get to that point and find out soon, just so we can at least help my friend out soon, as they are a streamer and hate not finishing something like that.
