I got my points, even with the error message, and it spent 260 of them because I have 1440 points left. I never got my merchandise from the store, and I cannot spend them! It gives me that godawful error message.
Yeah, the latest thing is the Spectre Pack. While every other pack in the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Store gives you the "failed to process" error, buying a Spectre Pack does not. What does happen is that the 160 Bioware points is deducted from your account, but you do NOT get the Spectre Pack in return. They just steal the points from you.
Do we have an answer to this problem, yet? Spoke to support, and they can't even refund me because the transaction is apparently stuck in some incomplete status.
