    As I don't think we'll be able to fix it by ourselves, you should contact the EA support or wait until the weekend challenge ending to see if the you still have this issue.

    Change the Country: Select at the bottom on the right "Country selector", and choose "United States".

    Select:

    -Product: Mass Effect 3

    -Category: Technical support

    -Plateform: xbox360

    Choose the Live chat option to talk directly to an advisor.

I'm on Xbox. I've tried 2 different consoles and gotten the same result.
