    Hi shockwolf,

    I suspect that you may be logging into a different account from the one that has your games and codes. Try logging in with any other email addresses that you may commonly use.

    Do you have a second Origin account?

    If not you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
