Origin: Online Pass Bug
Hey all,
Mundane bug to report but nonetheless one that's stopping me from accessing ME3 Multiplayer.
I'm a PC Collector's edition Owner and have encountered the bug whereby the main menu tells me I need to "Redeem/Purchase Online Pass", despite the fact that I've owned one since release without issue. EA help's Online Pass FAQ does not help, since there is no listing for the Online Pass in the DLC section of the game info page.
I can access singleplayer without difficulty, but multiplayer is thoroughly inaccessible, bringing up the generic "You need an online pass to access online content" message.
If anybody has any Ideas I'd love to hear them.

You need to contact Game Advisor at EA Help and ask for new Online Pass. Seems like either those were valid for limited time or their database got heavily corrupted because there is plenty of people having this problem. After they fix it (You will have to convince them to give You new one since they don't do that automatically) check the Single Player, because both N7 Deluxe Digital and Collector's came with built access to From Ashes. It is possible it might not authorise properly after fix.
Use US in country selector and chat or Facebook/Twitter, e-mail seems to take forever. Phonecall, at least where I live was poor choice as well, never got past machine and elevator music.
