Origin wont let me buy a game

I've been trying to buy Mass Effect 3 Digitual collectors edition past few days. I've tried my discover card, mastercard, and my visa none would work all said "Payment Authorization Failed" so I went and bought the $20 origin game card for EA Cash. Try to buy again and once again I get "Payment Authorization Failed". How does a company fail to take out there digital currency I paid real money for? Then tried chat help 37 min wait.
