Origins doesn't download Dr. Pepper promotion DLC

Question

Anyone have any idea why? Just started my new Shepherd in Mass Effect 2, and when I installed ME2 I noticed it auto-downloaded and installed all the DLC... except for the Sentry Interface, Umbra Visor and Recon Hood, which are bonus armor items for ME2 that were part of a Dr. Pepper promotion a few years back (2011 I think?). Anyways, ended up logging into the Bioware profile site and downloading and installing those three items manually. Wasn't sure if Origins was glitching, or if there is some mysterious reason it can't do those DLC for me.

same here, downloadin manually but&nbsp; when i launch the game it continue shows me that i need to activate this DLC at my account. If this promotional is over about 5 years ago, and PS3 players have all this items in DLC pack called Recon Operation Pack DLC http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Recon_Operations_​Pack why PC players still don't have any DLC with that items?
