Over 18GB patch with no patch notes or any mention anywhere on Origin or website

Was just looking for information on this myself. What the heck? I'm already one-third of the way thru ME3 now. 

Having the same issues, and the game decided to repair itself for some reason, wth?

I just finished downloading this 18GB update and also have found a grand sum of 0 information about it. What's in this?

So there is no information or patch notes even after installing it?

I'm still currently downloading. I'll let you know if anything shows up.

Hopefully this has fixed the achievements.

I noticed achievements weren't showing up in ME2 unless I saved then reloaded the save. Didn't think about it as a bug.
