Paramour II and insanity II not awarded

Paramour II and insanity II achievement not unlocking on series X.  Romance Liara in Mass Effect 1 and Tali in Mass Effect 2.

I didn't get the achievement in Mass Effect 2 when I rekindled my romance with Liara either. On PC.

@mrp25 you need to romance somone alse if you rekindle it does not count as romance, romance miranda and if you dont want it after you get your paramour 2 just edit the save with the save editor and change her status from romanced to friend.
