Pathfinder helmet not unlocking in the archives of Mass effect Andromeda for PC.

Hello I have unlocked the helmet through the archives, but nothing is showing up in my inventory. It would be nice to see this issue resolved instead of ignored like I am seeing from the others havin...

@EA_MakoIt is not appearing at all. This is the same person just put the first post on an old account I no longer use.

Is this the first time you're trying to get the helmet, or did you previously have access to it?

This was linked to an older promotion that is sadly no longer available.

    @EA_Mako It is the first time but when I looked up how to get it on a different forum post it said I could get it through the archive.

      Ah gotcha! From my understanding, this was only available after watching 6 particular videos through the Andromeda Initiative website, which is no longer active.

      If this wasn't previously unlocked during that time, I'm not aware of any current methods to get it on the account, sorry to say.

        @EA_Mako Then may I ask why on the archive it allows it to be unlocked with the other DLC items of it's kind? By far as I can see I can get all the other DLC items expect that one. I feel like it shouldn't be on there if it can't be unlocked ,but I can get the others with no issue.
